v Queens Park 28/01/17

Much more like it. Finally we control and dominate a game from start to finish. Ok, Queens Park were coming off a midweek game with extra time and also had a man sent off but how many times have we promised to deliver and not done it.

We would've dominated this game regardless. Anderson was superb with a great debut goal and think he will bring out the best in Rory again who easily could have had a hat trick.

But really no failures, a great team performance and hopefully the start of some consistency. Great to see Ryan Strachan back as well.

Yes it was good to see most folk & the players enjoying a home game for a change. Made a big difference actually putting away some of our chances early on & keeping going, how often this season have we made quite a few chances in games only to shoot ourselves in the foot & give away silly goals. Never looked like happening on Saturday & we could have added some more to the tally. Its only one game but the new players involved look as if they could make a difference with Anderson in particular looking as if he could be a great signing. Also good to see Ryan Strachan back as he gives us a bit of composure at the back & although he has had his detractors in the past think he has developed into a fine defender. Just need to keep it going & hopefully start climbing the league.

Well, it's away to Airdrie on Saturday who conceded 4 against Stenny and will want a positive result. We have had so many false starts this season but are surprisingly still in with a chance of making the playoffs. Sounds as if Jim has tightened up at the back as well as given Rory more support up front so here's hoping!
