Edinburgh City v Peterhead

Post by 243Miles » Fri Feb 09, 2018 9:20 pm

Not feeling comfortable with this game, especially with our form and the injury situation added to that Simon not playing on the 3G. Will Wullie play through the pain and be out for a longer spell potentially?
Short 200 round trip so be home long before MOTD for a change,,,see you there :D

It's just not happening for Peterhead, Rusty missing a sitter from 4 yards sums up our efforts. As Shakespeare wrote, " Much Ado About Nothing".

Missed Saturday but going by the highlights we had a few chances to win the game. Again only by the highlights the new lad seemed to show some potential. Hopefully the guys knuckle down & pull together, its still in our own hands but we need to get back on track asap.

Got to hand it to Montrose whose morale must be sky high following their last two wins against the main contenders. They seem to have a firm hold on the No 1 spot and I cannot see them slipping up against Elgin on Saturday. A supreme effort is required now from the Blues with no more slip ups at home but the away match next Tuesday against Annan is a killer - where a win is essential! Still hope with, is it around a dozen or so more matches to play, but sadly, I have a gut feeling they may finish amongst the play offs where anything goes! Sincerely hope I am wrong!
