Silence Is Deafening....

Post by The Postman » Mon Aug 27, 2018 5:01 pm

Jim and the management team have obviously silenced a lot of critics normally on this website following on from the good start to the season we have had ....

Why is it only when we are going through a bad spell that the so-called fans feel the need to air their views on the website?

We need to rally behind the team with positive comments due to the great start we have made!

3 games... 3 wins... 3 clean sheets... well done to jim, the coaching staff and the team.

Not a very appropriate comment Strichener2 bearing in mind what happened at the Ugie a couple months ago...... shame on you.

I have no idea what you are referring to. 100% sure that wherever it may be, your need to use it to try and score some moral victory is the most shameful post on this thread so far.

Far to early to make any assessment of the season (especially after the horrific cup performances - which I notice there was nothing but silence from yourself about). Give it 8 or 9 games and then we can see where we are as we are affa good at not turning up when it matters. Certainly, Jims win rate of 57% for the calander year is a big improvement on 2017, but at the end of the league season, and unlike last year, we need to have something to show for it. I guess the fact we won't have to roll over to Stenny this season might help things

The booing the team off today was far to generous given that effort. Deja vu, Edinburgh look capable of doing a Montrose. Serial bottlers 😡

Was certainly disappointed like everyone at Balmoor today apart from the 4 or 5 City supporters there. Thought the first half was ok & apart from them having loads of corners which were dealt with ok, we made some chances & felt we would kick on in the second half. Was expecting us to bombard them with shots given a following wind, as it turned out cannot remember one shot that required a save from their keeper we were back to playing sideways & backwards lots of the time then punting the ball to long & out of play. Will be interesting to see how we managed to concede the goal looked like we had plenty chance to clear the danger but have not learned from previous times.
