Welcome to the forum Yorkshire Toon. Are you originally from Peterhead or are you from Yorkshire? Either way, keep following the Toon, we need all the support we can get.

Well I was born outside Manchester, and have a season ticket at Man City, but have lived in Yorkshire since then, but both parents are Scottish and after I finish Uni i'm off to scotland!

Thanks for the welcome from you both.

I went to the East Fife away game, but then looked at the bill and looked at my bank account.

I hopefully will make it to more games in the future but right now I can't.

Good to see a fellow City fan

P.S. Love the avatar, was that when Bacon Chops (tevez) missed that header?

Agreed, eastlands is a stunning place though, but the atmosphere is not the same. But I definetly prefer more atmospheric grounds, Balmoor for example! You don't feel as isolated and as far from the players, and more importantly the club.

Hi guys,
I Am a st .johnstone fan and i have also followed the fortunes of peterhead since 1984, my wife is from the town originaly and her mother and aunties are still there.
i originaly supported peterhead as my highland league team and made a few games at the old ground and try to get up to see the team at least once a year, usually the game that is on during scottish week, and we will be up for scottish week this year so would be interested to hear if a game is planned for this summer, ps, my english team is man city and i made it down to the city arsenal game at the end of november, city were electric in the second half!!
cheers the now and see ya in the summer

Hi Lark and first of all congratulations on St. Johnstone's promotion to the SPL. I must admit I was at that City game and it was fantastic. That Robinho lob..............

Well if we can find consistant form, i dont see why not, strange as it may seem the first season back up is often easier than the next, as teams dont know you the same and initial enthusiasim, hamilton. inverness cally and falkirk have proved this.
Dont think there is much between bottom 4/5 and top 3/4 of div 1 hope the above teams survive this year and killie go down!!!!
