Website Downtime/Blue Toon TV

Post by Nev » Wed May 20, 2009 12:51 pm

Peterhead FC would like to apologise for recent downtime on the club website. This was caused by the high levels of demand placed upon the webserver by fans wishing to access the Blue Toon TV highlights of the first leg of the playoff against Airdrie United. Indeed, we have been advised that Blue Toon TV has been causing issues for other websites hosted on the same server.

As a result of this, Blue Toon TV has been temporarily withdrawn, but will return later in the summer with the launch of a revamped club website.

hiya
can you tell me when the video highlights will be up and running again?
Its a great tool for the lads that are offshore from time to time and a great way to see the game.

The games are continuing to be recorded for inclusion on a revamped website which is due to launch in the coming weeks. Unfortunately there's no firm date as yet, but we are trying to find a solution to make video at the very least available in the meantime
